Role Overview:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the creative force behind our brand’s presence across key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn). Your primary mission will be to craft compelling brand graphics, posts, and reels that resonate with our audience of professional real estate investors and syndicators. You’ll not only create but also schedule and implement these assets, ensuring our message is consistently shared and engaged with.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute engaging social media content, including graphics, posts, and reels, that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Manage content scheduling and implementation across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Edit and refine provided photos and live videos for marketing use, enhancing them to meet our brand standards.
Collaborate closely with our team to integrate general content marketing themes into the social media strategy.
Utilize our pro subscriptions to CapCut and Canva for content creation, leveraging these tools to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, particularly within the real estate sector or related fields.
Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually appealing social media assets.
Proficiency in video editing, with experience creating engaging reels for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Excellent understanding of social media scheduling tools and best practices for content implementation.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and collaboratively with our team to bring creative ideas to life.
Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills.
