Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager promotes the business by boosting the brand and expanding the company’s social media following. Implement the social media strategy and ensure the effectiveness of each content posted. Ensures the contents are of high quality and they create a relatable company voice that targets the right audience. Finally, you will manage all social media customer support and reply to comments.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Create, publish, and optimize engaging and high-quality content in line with our brand identity and target audience.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with company goals.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, fostering a strong community and positive brand reputation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective and innovative strategies.
• Evaluate the company’s social media and digital marketing plans, see areas for development, and provide strategic advice.
• Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
• Research social media trends and update management on any changes that are relevant to the business’s marketing initiatives.
• Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
• Perform data analysis to see whether social media marketing objectives have been attained.
• Coordinate with influencers and industry professionals for partnerships, collaborations, and content creation.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on social media best practices and content development.
Qualifications
• Minimum of two (2) years of Social Media Manager experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for motorcycles and electric vehicles is a huge plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A passion for staying current with social media trends, tools, and technologies.
• A high level of personal ownership and a constant search for fresh ideas.
• Capable of working on multiple projects independently.
• Capable of creating engaging content.
• Good technical knowledge and quick to learn new tools.
• A strong can-do attitude.
Essential Requirements for Remote Work:
• Reliable Laptop or Desktop Computer.
• Stable and high-speed internet connection.
• Power source and backup internet connection in case of electricity interruptions.
