We are looking for an SMM + SEO role in our company. As the Virtual Talent – Social Media Manager + SEO, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating compelling visual and written content, leveraging AI tools for blog generation, implementing effective email marketing campaigns, and optimizing our online presence through SEO strategies. Your expertise will be essential in raising brand awareness, engaging our target audience, and generating leads for our business.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with our brand’s objectives and target audience.
Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Schedule and publish engaging posts, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.
Content Creation:
Create visually appealing and on-brand images, infographics, and graphics for social media posts and website content.
Edit videos, including trimming, and adding captions, transitions, and effects, to produce high-quality visual content.
Write compelling and SEO-friendly blog articles, website copy, and email newsletters to drive engagement and conversions.
Leverage AI tools and platforms to generate blog topics, assist in content creation, and optimize content for search engines.
Online Marketing:
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and generate leads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audience preferences, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and creative content across various online marketing channels.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Email Marketing:
Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
Segment email lists based on customer profiles and engagement levels to deliver targeted and personalized content.
Design visually appealing email templates, write compelling copy, and optimize email deliverability and open rates.
Monitor email campaign performance, analyze metrics, and implement A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions.
SEO and Online Visibility:
Conduct keyword research, analyze website analytics, and optimize website content for search engines.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink profiles.
Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
– Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
– A strong desire and willingness to learn, and give and receive feedback
– Proven experience as a social media manager, content creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in photo creation, video editing, content writing, and online marketing.
– Proficiency in using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
– Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms for content creation and optimization.
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and analytics tools.
– Experience in developing and executing successful online marketing and email marketing campaigns.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair and attention to detail, including knowing when to ask questions and reach out for support
– Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
– Proactive and self-motivated with a strong passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
– Willingness to take initiative and confidence to work independently
– Ability to measure and present the results of campaigns and marketing activities
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
– Project and task management skills (e.g. Trello, Asana, Clickup, etc)
