Job Title: Social Media Manager/Strategist
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Hours: Part-time (1:00 PM CST – 7:00 PM CST)

Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement for both iTax Solutions and iTax Institute.
-Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, with a focus on YouTube and TikTok.
-Manage and maintain our YouTube and TikTok accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement with the audience.
-Run effective social media ad campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
-Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
-Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
-Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in social media management and strategy development.
-Demonstrated success in running effective social media ad campaigns.
-Proficiency in video editing, specifically for YouTube and TikTok content.
-Experience managing and growing YouTube and TikTok accounts.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
-Excellent communication and writing skills.
-Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
-Highly organized and able to work independently.
-Ability to work between 1:00 PM CST- 7:00 PM CST.
-Experience with StreamYard is an advantage.
