Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in the property development sector.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
Ability to develop and execute paid social media campaigns effectively.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a creative flair.
Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
