Are you passionate about social media and skilled in video editing?
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager/Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging content, manage our social media presence, and edit compelling videos that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:
• Full self-starter– tell us what you need to get started and achieve a successful outcome, and we’ll let you handle the rest. Proactively find solutions to challenges and track your work hours.
• Develop and manage our social media strategy across all platforms.
• Create high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, and whitepapers, to engage and educate our target audience.
• Continuously research and evaluate new marketing tools and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance performance.
• Craft and curate content that aligns with our brand’s voice and mission.
• Monitor and respond to user engagement and feedback on our social media channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that align with our social media strategy.
• Use data to track and measure the success of our social media efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
• Perform light video editing using Adobe, Final Cut, or other software to edit podcasts, add pre-recorded intros and outros, and remove pauses or problematic sections.
• Use AI tools and video editing software to generate clips from podcasts for social media. Upload shorts to YouTube and clips to social media, and collaborate with the internal team to create various clips and posts for social media platforms.
• Create clips from videos and clips generated by phone from team members.
• Perform simple graphic design tasks, such as creating one-page brochures or images for Instagram posts, stories, and reels using company-branded templates.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in social media management or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and executing social media campaigns.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Capability to work both independently(with minimal supervision) and collaboratively.
Nice to haves (not required):
• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
