Landman, a leading land investment community, is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager, Video Editor, and Community Manager. This full-time position requires a dynamic professional who excels in longform video editing, community management, and social media management. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for engaging and growing our online community.

Hours are 9AM-6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms.
Create and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Build out calendar posts
Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.

Video Editing:
Edit longform videos for YouTube and other platforms.
Create short, impactful videos for social media channels, including reels and shorts.
Ensure all video content aligns with our brand’s tone and style.
Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute video concepts.

Community Management:
Foster a positive and engaging online community environment.
Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and membership.
Moderate community discussions and manage member issues or concerns.
Organize and host virtual events, webinars, and Q&A sessions.
Team member is expected to manage a Facebook group and Paid Skool Community ‘

Podcast
Editing podcasts and booking me on podcasts
Organizing all podcast files

Requirements:

Experience:
Proven experience in longform video editing and short-form video content creation.
Extensive experience in managing online communities.
Strong background in social media management, including content creation and strategy.
Creative management experience is a plus.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE THIS SOFTWARE
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
