I am a successful leaders, and business and life coach working from Australia with clients in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, South Africa, Canada and USA. Whilst my C-suit and high net worth clients come from plural and diverse industry sectors and walks of life, complete confidentiality is the one need that they all have in common. Up until now, all my clientele have been referred to me by their psychologists, therapists or by personal recommendation. As such, I have never advertised.

In order to do this, I am looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Media Manager/ Virtual Assistant (SMM/VA) to work with me, to establish and build my online presence, in order to reach those prospective students whom wish to learn how to become a world-class at innovative therapeutic and transformative techniques, which harness the power of neuroplasticity, focused attention, and flow states to create rapid, long lasting change.
Person Description:
I am looking for a highly motivated, creative individual to develop and execute my social media strategy. The Social Media Manager/ VA will manage my online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage my social media strategy.
Define the most important social media KPIs.
Manage and oversee social media content creation and strategy.
Measure the success of each social media campaign.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Contribute to and provide constructive feedback on content creation.
Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggest content optimization strategies.
Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Good leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field is preferred.
