Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant

We are a fast-growing, mission-driven company launching a premium line of ethically sourced, lab-grown jewellery. We’re searching for a talented and motivated remote Virtual Assistant and Content Creator to join our passionate team.

In this role, you’ll wear two hats:

– Virtual Assistant: You’ll provide exceptional administrative and organizational support, keeping our operations running smoothly.
– Content Creator: You’ll craft compelling content that educates, inspires, and builds brand awareness for our unique jewellery line.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

– Oversee email communication, ensuring timely and professional responses.
– Research and provide summaries on industry trends and competitor analysis.
– Document process and procedures
– Create captivating social media content that showcases our brand and jewellery.
– Craft engaging blog posts and website copy related to lab-grown diamonds, ethical sourcing, and conscious consumerism.
– Manage projects with organization and efficiency, meeting deadlines consistently.
– Manage our calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.

– Is eager to learn and stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce, jewellery, and social media marketing.

Bonus points if you:

– Have experience with SEO optimization for websites and content.
– Have video editing skills
– Possess a basic understanding of graphic design principles.
– Are familiar with social media marketing platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
