Hi, I’m Greg Geranco from . I’m looking for a passionate, driven, honest, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join my team. This position requires someone who is disciplined and can manage themselves working from home.
Authorify, won’t be your direct client. Authorify is a one-stop shop for the marketing needs of real estate agents and brokers in the US and Canada. Our members subscribe to receive customized marketing services, and we also offer virtual assistant services through an additional subscription.
Our virtual assistants work 40-hour weeks and may support one or multiple members, depending on the purchased time block. Their primary role is to assist members in managing their Authorify membership and handling other clerical and administrative tasks.
Eligibility:
Experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation is a MUST (proficiency in graphic design and video editing are key skills required)
Experience in a Virtual Assistant role is a must (Real Estate background is preferred)
Experience in communicating with leads is a plus but not required
Familiarity with the latest workplace software and tools
Knack for research and learning new systems quickly as training is limited
Ability to work with multiple clients
Flexibility in working schedule (US work hours)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating social media content and managing the client’s social media accounts
Creating a marketing plan for a client including, but not limited to, running ads, SMS, and email campaigns
Managing the client’s current Authorify membership
Generating leads through approved methods
Performing clerical and administrative tasks
Working with multiple clients (varies on the purchased package)
Technical Requirements:
High-speed computer (PC or Mac) with at least 8 GB RAM
Working webcam
Headset with microphone and noise cancellation feature
Reliable Internet connection with at least 20 Mbps and a backup of at least 10 Mbps
Reliable power supply and a backup power source
Salary and Job Details:
Monthly rate starts at 30,000 PHP monthly. Rate varies depending on skill level and experience.
You have 2 15-minute paid breaks daily with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
