Social Media Manager + Virtual Assistant

OVERVIEW:

Finally Free Productions is looking for a dedicated and serious Social Media Manager & Virtual Assistant. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage multiple social media accounts under the FFP brand.

Finally Free Productions is a mobile application and software development company that primarily focuses on building mobile apps for startups. You will be working with a highly motivated and talented team with quality, performance and scale in mind. Our core belief is that the customers are our number one priority so we work hard to deliver value back to them with everything we do.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Run multiple social media accounts (IG, Twitter, Linkedin, Google, Facebook, Tiktok)
– Create content and schedule posts for all of these accounts and social media brands 2-3 times a day
– Respond to inquiries and comments on social media accounts from customers and prospects
– Run email marketing newsletter campaign (on Mailchimp etc.)
– Prepare documents and assist the executive team on a daily basis – as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

– Strong working knowledge of digital tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Monday (similar to Asana/ Trello), Zoho Social or other social media platforms
– Proven working experience in social media
– Proven experience in Virtual Assistant work
– Excellent internal communication skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

SALARY:
– Starting salary of 10,000 PHP
