Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant to lead our marketing efforts and support the CEO. You will create engaging content and leverage marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, expand our audience, and support existing customers. This is a part time position.

Responsibilities:
*Manage and monitor social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Hubspot)
*Conduct keyword and hashtag research and have an understanding of SEO
*Create, design, and schedule content for various platforms
*Edit videos and create video content
*Develop a monthly content calendar for social media posts and campaigns
*Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions
*Track and analyse social media performance, providing monthly reports with insights
*Write and publish blog articles on WordPress
*Repurpose long-form content (e.g., blog posts, podcasts, articles, YouTube videos) into social media posts
*Write and schedule email campaigns using HubSpot
*Prepare marketing materials and presentations
*Assist with content creation for trade shows and sales programs
*Support our wholesale clients with their marketing needs
*Communicate with the CEO via Slack and manage tasks in Asana
*Perform various VA duties including inbox management, WordPress maintenance, document formatting, and handling calls

Requirements:
*Must be able to work 2 hours/day, Monday to Friday, aligning with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) . Hours TBD.
*Must be super organised
*Must have 2-4 years experience in social media management and content creation
*Must be proficient in video editing
*Fluent in English, with excellent copywriting and verbal communication abilities
*Experience in email marketing and audience building is a must
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
