What you’ll be doing:
(1) Create and publish daily social media content (Facebook, instagram, LinkedIn)
(2) Write initial draft and send out monthly newsletters
(3) Make follow up calls to clients who missed their appointments
(4) Update our CRM daily with new client information ()
(5) Assist the Owner with calendar; schedule meetings and sales calls
(6) Review, respond to, and/or distribute daily emails from the Owner
(7) Coordinate trade shows across the US
(8) Organize and manage document library in Google Drive
(9) Create and send client contracts
(11) Book all travel reservations and track receipts
(12) Assist during business consulting meetings (great opportunity to learn)
(13) Run reports in our learning management system (Talent LMS)
(14) Update PowerPoints with client branding
(15) Be available during Easter Standard Time time zone (EST)
(16) Attend team meetings (during EST time zone)

What you’ll bring
(1) 2 years of managing social media accounts and developing content
(2) 2 years of administrative and/or executive support experience
(3) Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
(4) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
(5) Tech savvy with the ability to learn new technology quickly
– Ability to use Canva and create engaging content
– Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
– Experience with , strongly preferred
– Experience with learning management systems, preferred
– Experience with Talent LMs, preferred

– Attend weekly marketing meetings

(3) Sales Calls (5%) 2 Hours
– Call warm leads
– Attend weekly sales meeting updates

(4) Team and Internal Meetings (12%) 5 Hours
– Weekly 1-1s and prep
– Huddles
– Weekly Planning meeting
– Daily updates with Jessica
