**Responsibilities:**
– Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for our social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
– Write compelling and creative captions, headlines, and posts that align with our brand’s voice and resonate with our target audience.
– Design eye-catching graphics and visuals to accompany social media posts using basic graphic design tools.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
– Research and use relevant hashtags to increase the discoverability of our posts and expand our online reach.
– Collaborate with our team to develop and implement social media advertising campaigns, including setting up ad accounts, creating ad creatives, and monitoring performance metrics.
– Analyze social media insights and generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Proficiency in using various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
– Strong writing skills and ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
– Basic graphic design skills to create visuals and graphics for social media.
– Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management.
– Ability to analyze data and insights to drive decision-making.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
– Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
– Adaptable and willing to learn and apply new strategies.
