The Social Media Chat Virtual Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various social media platforms on behalf of the client. This full-time role requires excellent English communication skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. The Virtual Assistant will work remotely and collaborate closely with the client to ensure their social media presence is effectively managed.
Key Accountabilities of Role:
Social Media Management: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across various social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Brand Advocacy: Promote the client’s brand, products, and services through engaging and informative interactions with customers, showcasing the client’s values and mission.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the client to create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including writing posts, captions, and responses.
Community Building: Foster a sense of community among the client’s social media followers by actively engaging with them, encouraging discussions, and initiating user-generated content.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, track customer feedback, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimising the client’s social media strategy.
Education and Skills Requirements:
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically.
– Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
– Proven experience in managing social media accounts and engaging with customers in a professional capacity.
– Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor and measure performance.
– Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
– Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple social media platforms and prioritise tasks.
– Creativity and a keen eye for detail to create compelling content and adapt to the client’s brand voice.
– Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and reliability.
– Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies is a plus.
– With at least 1 year relevant & recent experience
