Responsibilities:
– Content Creation: Develop engaging posts for our diverse social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. Infuse creativity to elevate our online presence.
– Active Engagement: Cultivate meaningful interactions across all social media accounts to amplify brand visibility and nurture a growing community.
– Training and Adaptability: Stay current with social media strategies and techniques. Learn best practices for each platform and adapt to evolving trends.
– Scheduling and Automation: Create and manage a social media schedule for streamlined content automation, ensuring consistent and timely posts.
– Organization: Systematically organize content to enhance efficiency and accessibility.
– Analytics and Trends: Monitor social media trends and patterns, analyze performance metrics to understand what works best, and implement strategies for continuous growth and improved engagement.

Requirements:
– Passion for weddings and the ability to translate that passion into captivating social media content.
– Strong creative writing skills with an emphasis on creating engaging and relatable content.
– Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
– Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly, staying updated on the latest social media trends.
– Exceptional organizational skills to maintain a systematic approach to content creation and scheduling.

Position Details:
– 15-20 hours per week at $5.00/hr in USD.
– A 90-day probationary period to ensure a good fit, clear expectations, etc.
– We expect at least a 1-year commitment, hoping to grow together beyond one year.
