Craft compelling and creative content, including posts, captions, and graphics, that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
Monitor social media channels and promptly respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a friendly, professional, and casual tone, mentioning our brand when relevant.
Engage with followers, initiate conversations, and build relationships by liking and commenting on other people’s posts, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
Follow and unfollow relevant individuals, accounts, and industry influencers to expand our network and increase our online reach.
Identify and gather user-generated content (UGC) featuring our products found on social media, seeking permission from users to repurpose it in our marketing efforts.
Search for relevant influencers and gather their contact information for potential collaborations and partnerships, leveraging their reach to amplify our brand’s message.
Monitor and gather content ideas from other brands’ social media posts, staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategies.
Create and schedule social media posts, ensuring they are optimized for each platform, engaging, and aligning with our content strategy.
Write captivating captions that complement the visuals and evoke the desired emotions or actions from our audience.
Identify individuals who have left positive comments about our brand and send review requests, encouraging them to share their experience on review platforms or our website.
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a professional capacity, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, content creation, and community engagement.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to schedule posts, track performance, and extract insights.
Demonstrated ability to reply to social media posts in a casual tone, adapting the language and style to suit the platform and audience, while maintaining professionalism and brand voice.
Adept at incorporating emojis into written communication to convey emotions, enhance engagement, and create a relatable connection with the audience.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their unique features, and the ability to optimize content accordingly.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, capable of creating visually appealing and engaging content.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
