We are looking for a social media manager with amazing photo and video editing skills. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, organized and with attention to detail.

About Us:
We are a small startup with 3 young companies; a vacation rental company, a real estate investment company, and a medical spa.
Currently, all of our advertisement is done through social media: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. We want candidates who are savvy with social media marketing, open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you are not excited about improving your skills and taking on new responsibilities as our company grows, this is not for you. This position will start as a part time position and ramp up based on our compatibility.

Responsibilities:
Manage and create social media content for our company’s social media channels.
Take ownership and initiative to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns
Create and edit graphics and videos for social media
Respond to comments and messages on social media
Analyze social media data and insights
Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in social media management
Experience with graphic design and video editing software
Excellent English writing and communication skills. Most of our communication is through WhatsApp, FB messenger, and Asana.
Strong organizational and time management skills. We use Asana to track tasks. You will need to be diligent about updating the task with requested info (link to the folder / document, respond to comments etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies- familiarity with AI tech, like ChatGPT, Bard, etc.
MUST be available and present during work hours. Failure to answer calls will result in immediate termination.
Must be able to follow instructions and produce work with minimal supervision
Commitment – We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship with the expectation that this WILL become full time. If you are just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.
Solutions oriented. Must be eager to solve problems and have a ”can do” attitude

Bonus Points:
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
Experience with email marketing and paid social media advertising
Worked with CRMs; we used Mailchimp, but will be converting to ConvertKit soon.
