Social Media Manager with Graphic Design Experience

We are an independent UK company committed to quality customer service, we are looking to expand our online presence through strategic social media management.
We are looking to hire our online Social Media Manager who can help us reach more clients and boost our sales through the use of social media.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Create and schedule content that resonates with our target audience.
* Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond promptly to client concerns.
* Make contents to post on the different social media accounts (Photos and Reels)
* Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.

Requirements:
* Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for businesses or brands.
* Excellent written communication skills with a creative flair.
* Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
* Knowledge of trends in social media and digital marketing.
* Can use Adobe Applications for photo editing and video editing.
* Can work independently and has a plan in mind on how to boost sales through digital marketing.

Schedule and Compensation:
* Work 5 hours per day UK time, 5 days a week. 12 PM to 5 PM UK Time
* Hourly rate: USD 3 per hour.
* Part-time applicants welcome, provided dedicated focus during agreed work hours.
