Job Description

We are a fast growing virtual live events agency that helps online business owners get dream clients and amplify their sales and impact. As a Social Media Manager, you will create powerful content that reflects our brand guidelines throughout our different mediums and marketing channels. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about social media and graphic design.

Your ultimate goal is to create content that helps us positively grow our brand awareness, build credibility, and convert prospects into clients.

Responsibilities
– Conduct research, strategize, and create impactful social media content for our company as well as co-founder’s accounts that reflects our brand vision
– Create content calendars and publish posts in a timely manner using various online tools
– Engage with our followers while also helping grow our following
– Coordinating with other team members to plan and produce content
– Consistently gathering inspiration and coming up with new content ideas
– Reach agreed upon KPI’s by the company
– Consistently analyze competitors, social media insights, and data to optimize content
– Create graphics for other marketing purposes upon request
– Provide daily updates & weekly results to upper management
– Provide design or content scheduling support in our live events and communities

Qualifications
– Must have 2+ years experience with social media content creation and management.
– Strong creative marketing and graphic design skills (please include your portfolio).
– Knowledge in search engine optimization is a plus.
– Proficient with mainly Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
– Experience creating content for coaches and consultants is a plus.
– Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus.
– Previous experience in design, communications, or marketing fields is a plus.
– Self motivated and able to work with low supervision.
– Enjoys working remotely and from home.
– Must be dedicated to growth.
– Ability to follow brand guidelines and messaging.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Deadline and detail-oriented.
– Punctual.
