Social Media Manager – with Linkedin and Reddit Experience – Permanent Work From

I am URGENTLY looking for a Social Media Manager to support an AI Career Coach company in the US. Core Tasks:
– Drive creation and full execution of a monthly content calendar
– Monitor analytics and deliver performance reporting
– Coordinate with in-house design team for creatives and copy
– Post organic content on social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit)
– Community management
– Track various data / project statuses using GSheets / Excel or PM tool
– Scan competitor posts and provide notes on potential content ideas
– Research and build lists of relevant Reddit and Facebook groups
– Create alternate accounts to seed and participate in group conversations
– Track attribution data / engagement as well as hit a conversation goal
– Monitor posts from job seekers to drive traffic to the site

Must-Have:
– 2+ years experience with organic social management for LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit
– 1+ years experience with a recruiting / outreach function
– Background with a a social management platform like Hootsuite (or similar tool)
– Broad experience with multiple social platforms
– Ability to work EST (10AM – 6PM EST)

Nice-to-Have:
– Familiarity with Slack or Gmail for internal comms

Job details:
Salary range: 35,000 – 55,000 (depends on your work experience)
Work Schedule: Night shift at 10:00am – 6:00pm EST
Work setup: Permanent Work From Home
