In terms of Media presence, we post creative reels and engaging content across Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Facebook and have recently started up our own Podcast: The Rxponential Pod. We have 4 editors already on the team, and are now looking for a highly skilled, intelligent, English-speaking Virtual Assistant to LEAD all of our Media Efforts across platforms. Our goal is to first reach all of the Motivated Chiropractors in the industry who want to level up their business and work with us. From there, we will seek to reach the broader audience beyond Chiropractic and educate the public on why Natural Healthcare is the preferred choice over the traditional Medical Sick care system in America.

The most important skillset to have for this opportunity is to be an incredible Content Copywriter — Amazing talent for understanding tone of voice and writing up captions for Linkedin, Instagram Reels, and Facebook specifically. NO CHATGPT captions will be accepted in this position.
The second most important skillset is to be able to work with our editors to compile finalized Reels that are professional and match the styles of our content platforms. You have to be able to understand what viral videos look like, and be able to be detail-oriented to spot out typos, errors in SFX, sound and color correction. Beyond this, being able to do the end to end process of working with our 4 editors to get our videos edited, create captions, and execute them on social media platforms.
Dylan is seeking to work with a talented, experienced social media VA who knows how to handle ‘Pillar’ Raw Content such as a Podcast and distribute it intelligently to match each of the platforms (Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube, etc.) based on the audience per platform.
He will be working directly with you to communicate the vision per platform, and it will be your job to coordinate with our editors to have all the content edited in the style he prefers that matches our brand Rxponential. You will also have to be extremely detail-oriented to look out for Typos, mistakes and other problems with the videos and go through revision rounds in with the editors. From there, you will allocate content to each platform to match our posting schedule.

Our Core Goal, is to generate many eyeballs that convert to qualified Leads for Rxponential’s Consulting and Digital Marketing products. We will be building Sales Funnel Clickfunnels pages that link to our social media posts and channels to drive traffic to conversion.
A solid understanding of the mechanics of how social media works across platforms and how you can convert organic traffic from those platforms to sales is a necessity.

You are NOT getting hired to become an editor – we already have editors
You will be primarily responsible for Professional Execution of our Content & Distribution across platforms
You must have a high level of experience in creating an omni-channel strategy for scaling Branded Media and understand the Power of Personal Branding
You must have read all of the above and checked out all of our sample materials to gain a good understanding in order to qualify for an interview
I am NOT simply looking for someone to post on social media for me, you have be intelligent to able to match the voice of Dr. Phil, Phoebe specifically and create unique content for each of their platforms working with our editor team.
Other skills and requirements that will be necessary: Thumbnail design creation, Engagement farming/daily engagement work on each platform, Caption creation and new ideas development for Media, Brand, SEO, and Article Writing.

This job posting is to find a very specific person with a specific skillset that could contribute to Dylan, Dr. Phil, Phoebe and Dhruv’s team. This is NOT a regular social media manager job post. You will have the opportunity to grow with our company and help us scale up to a Hormozi or Gary Vee-level brand, and must come to work with the skills, vision and mindset to help us get there. The base salary for this position is $1000 US, but can easily work up to $1500 – $2000 US per month and beyond depending on how much skill and experience you bring to the team. We are looking for a Long Term Hire, not a short term position.
