Job Description:
As our Virtual Assistant – Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence of our two businesses: one in the real estate sector and the other in coaching. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:
Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Creating and curating high-quality content relevant to both industries, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.
Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices to optimize content for maximum visibility.
Producing and editing compelling videos and graphics to accompany social media posts, utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
Building and maintaining a content calendar to schedule posts and ensure timely delivery of content.
Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Engaging with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence and drive results.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing them effectively.
Advanced skills in video editing and graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
Ability to create and execute comprehensive content calendars tailored to different platforms and audiences.
Demonstrated success in growing followers and driving engagement across social media platforms.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Previous experience in the real estate or coaching industries is a plus but not required.
