As a Social Media Marketing Manager at The Rap Supply, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media performance. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, converting prospecting customers through paid ads, and driving customer engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Creation:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
Create visually appealing and compelling content including images, videos, stories, and written posts.
Platform Management:
Manage and optimize our presence on key social media platforms with a focus on our Instagram page (25k+ followers)
Stay updated with platform algorithms and trends to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
Campaign Development:
Plan, execute, and measure social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and collaborations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Utilize data to refine content, posting schedules, and targeting strategies.
Influencer Partnerships:
Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
Coordinate influencer campaigns and track ROI.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
Strong understanding of the fashion industry, trends, and customer behavior.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
