Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Marketer

Client/Business Overview: Coaching, Events, Marketing

Responsibilities:
? Assess current socials connectivity and functionality, update in alignment to the current
brand and messaging and then maintain.
? Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and
engagement growing followers across various platforms, including Facebook,
LinkedIn, and Instagram and collaborate with team in ideation, creation and
implementation of Lead Magnets for Sales Funnels
? Evaluate current social media to create a cohesive presence and refine existing
strategies to align with organisational goals.
? Reestablish current Group sites on Facebook. Ideate, implement, relaunch, grow
following and manage group page content.
? Create compelling and relevant copy content for social media posts, ensuring
consistency with brand messaging and tone.
? Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback, and respond
promptly to inquiries and comments.
? Collaborate with the team to create, implement and optimise SEO strategies and
enhance social media and website traffic.
? Analyse social media metrics and generate reports from Social Pilot to track
performance and identify areas for improvement.
? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and
Website SEO to incorporate innovative approaches into strategies.

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
? Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing
successful campaigns and content creation.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging
and compelling content.
? Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics to drive
strategic decisions.
? Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance brand
visibility and engagement.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with
excellent time management and organisational skills.
