Job Description

We seek a talented Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage our social media presence across platforms, create engaging graphics and videos, provide administrative support, and handle order and financial management.

We’re seeking someone creative who can align messaging with our brand voice across social posts, website, and ecommerce store. You’ll employ SEO strategies, edit videos, respond to customers, manage QuickBooks, and provide ideas to enact positive change. The ideal candidate has expertise across social platforms, graphic design skills, strong writing, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Social Media
-Build and maintain a wide range of social media accounts that align with the brand’s voice and style.
-Managing company website (including all images, tools, and content).
-Develop engaging, informative graphics and videos for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Linkedin, etc.
-Edit Long (1-hour+) and Short (1-3 minute) videos with coloring grading, text, and audio improvement.
-Engagement with customers and answering question

Administrative Assistant
-Office management, including managing expenses, designing graphics, creating videos, and calendar management
-Point of contact for all business-related requests and questions
-Manage miscellaneous requests and tasks as needed

Quickbooks Bookkeeping
-Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable processing
-Manages all incoming expense receipts
-Maintain journal entries
-Handle bank reconciliations
-Manage driving mileage

Skills
-Expertise in multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
-In-depth knowledge of SEO, and Keyword Research
-Ability to create creative content (text, image, and video)
-Visual/graphic design experience, including infographic designs, as well as excellent writing and grammar skills.
-Have a clear fundamental understanding of design, typography, and design trends
-Excellent communication skills
-Develop creative solutions and think outside the box, while also providing ideas and feedback for existing projects
-Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
-Quickbooks Bookkeeping

Key Tools Required
-Expertise with Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent
-Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator or equivalent
