Social Media Marketer

Hiring: Part-time Social Media Marketer
Hours: 2 am to 6 am but will change to 1 am to 5 am for DST

Virtualee & Co is an online business management agency that empowers stuck and overwhelmed Coaches & Founders to scale their business & reclaim their time. And our all-female wonders team is looking for you!

We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Social Media Marketer to join our team. This role is all about shaping our online presence, connecting with our audience, and achieving our business goals through social media. If you love creating content, engaging with people, and staying on top of what’s trending, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Proficiency in major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok, and has the ability to use and understand scheduling and analytics tools

Social Media Strategy: Develops and implements marketing strategies, create content calendars on a biweekly basis, and repurposes content as needed

Content Creation: Craft creative, engaging, and quality content for our social media platforms, and can adapt the tone and voice of the caption as needed, ensures consistency of brand messaging. Can edit both photo and short-form video reels preferred,

Platform Management: Social media engagement, scheduling of posts, and tweaking strategies as needed

Research: Staying up to date on trends, check out what others in the industry are doing and sharing your findings, checking for the most viable clients for our business

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze metrics, optimize strategies, prepare regular reports on KPIs.

Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, and has no issues working with a team

Time Management: Handle multiple accounts, meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

1 year experience in social media with a focus on content creation.
Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with social media advertising.
Basic design skills with tools like Canva
Know the basics of SEO for social media.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using office software and online collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently, reliably and take initiative.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Has great time management skills
Knows how to take accountability and ownership of their work and actions
