Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Specialist who is an all-rounder in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media platforms, running paid ads across various platforms, including Meta, Google, and TikTok, crafting compelling copy, and devising and executing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple businesses.
– Create and distribute engaging written, graphic, and video content.
– Manage and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
– Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials.
– Set up and execute marketing strategies tailored to each business’s needs.
– Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure optimized results.
– Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience (2 years+) in social media marketing and content creation.
– Familiarity with paid advertising on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
– Strong copywriting skills.
– Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
– Experience managing e-commerce brands is a significant bonus.
– Hardworking, honest, and a team player.
