We need a SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST who can help us market our business on various social media platforms and create marketing strategies with experience in running paid advertising campaigns to boost our customer engagements and clientele. We’re a consumer law and credit education company providing online education, portal offers, comprehensive video lessons, articles, and resources to empower consumers about credit.

We need a well-rounded Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist who can help put our business out there in the digital space (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube). We want you to be able to create/schedule content for us across all trending Social Media platforms; do market research and competitive analysis; run organic and paid advertising campaigns; and develop strategies that can increase our followers and clientele via the digital space. If you believe you are perfect for this role and you have the experience/portfolio to show for it, with exceptional English communication skills — WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU! TOP QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE:
– Must be experienced in Digital Marketing (Business/Marketing Bachelor’s Degree or Post-graduate is a BIG PLUS)
– Must be experienced in Content Creation & Social Media Management (Provide Sample Works or Portfolio)
– Must be experienced in Paid Advertising across trending social media platforms (Provide Sample Works or Portfolio)
– Must be proficient in verbal and written English (C2 or above)
– Must be organized and HAS GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL
– Must be experienced or at least proficient in Copywriting (For running advertising campaigns)
– Can produce professional marketable content
– Able to track, analyze, and report digital growth across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
– Updated with Social Media Trends and Hashtags
– Can create content that can go viral
– Customer Engagement
– Able to research and perform tasks
– Can work with minimum supervision

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
– Canva/Adobe Creative Suite Tools (Content Design)
– Hootsuite (Social Media Management & Data Tracking)
– Photo / Video Editing Tools (Content Creation)
– Project Management Tool (Asana)
– Social Media Analytics Reporting – Monthly or Quarterly (Spreadsheet/Excel, Powerpoint/Slides)
– Go High Level (CRM Platform)
– Shopify (Not a requirement but a bonus)

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
– Internet not lower than 25 MBPS
– Laptop or PC with at least Intel Core i5 processor and 16GB RAM (or equivalent)
