Social Media Marketer for a Heavy Equipment Rental Company with Industry Experience

We are seeking a Social Media Marketer with at least 1 year of experience in the rental and heavy equipment industry to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Rental Company, we need someone who can develop and execute social media marketing strategies, manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, and drive engagement to our online community. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and a proven track record of achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
– Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
– Manage social media advertising campaigns, including setting up targeting, creating ad copy, and monitoring performance.
– Use social media analytics tools to track and report on the performance of social media campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and make recommendations for new approaches and tactics.
– Perform marketing admin tasks such as organizing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
– Create and design marketing materials such as sticker designs and decals for equipment.

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Canva for graphic design work.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing managers.
Highly analytical and able to use data to drive decision-making.
Self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
