We are looking for a Digital Marketing to join our team and help us grow our online presence and brand awareness.
This is a full-time position based in New York City. You will report to the CEO of the company and work closely with other members of the sales team.. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, web, and search engines. You will also monitor and measure the performance of these campaigns using various tools and metrics, and report on the results and insights to the management and stakeholders.
To be successful as a Digital Marketing Specialist, you should have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You should also be able to work independently and collaboratively with other teams and departments and have a passion for learning new skills and technologies.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute digital marketing plans and campaigns that align with the company’s goals and objectives
– Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website, social media accounts, email newsletters, blogs, and other platforms
– Conduct keyword research and optimize the company’s website and content for SEO
– Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other platforms
– Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools
– Identify new trends and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape and suggest innovative ideas to improve the company’s online visibility and engagement
– Collaborate with other teams and departments, such as content writers, graphic designers, web developers, sales, and customer service, to ensure the consistency and quality of the company’s brand image and message
– Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices
Requirements:
– A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
– At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
– Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.
– Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and web design best practices
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Rate: $5-7/hour
Schedule: 9am-6pm EST
