We now require a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will need to be very confident in creating marketing content. In addition, it is very beneficial to be able to prepare marketing plans, roadmaps and content strategies for our business as well as existing and future clients. You will have at least 3 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing and be ready to work ASAP. This role will allow you to work remotely and flexibly as our existing clients span Australia to North America and Europe. Since this will be a new role, you’ll set up the system with confidence and be able to work confidently without constant guidance. We will consider you to help create new services for our group of clients by creating value for them and our Agents.

Main Requirements

Ability to demonstrate past experience
Show past marketing plans, strategies, and content roadmaps
HubSpot, Mailer Cloud, or similar marketing automation experience required
Confidently create marketing content
SEO, SMM, PPC, EDM and Content Creation (Blog, Social, Email) favorable
Experience AdWords, Google Analytics, Google My Business, and Google Tag Manager
Confident with Office 365, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Experience Canva
Great internet connection
Will be required to use Hub staff to track time on our client projects
Experience extremely convenient SMS Marketing
Favorable LinkedIn experience

The skills we are looking for

1-2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably agents).
Proven track record in driving successful paid search and AdWords/PPC campaigns.
Solid working knowledge of Facebook Ads and all paid search platforms.
The Google AdWords certification is a bonus.
Strong attention to detail.
Passionate about PPC and digital marketing in general.
Effective communication and reporting skills.
Good track record in managing small and medium budgets.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good working knowledge of Google Analytics.
Effective account management skills.
Great Internet connection
