Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Effectively handle up to 4 different projects on a daily basis, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Platform Management:
Manage and optimize Facebook and TikTok accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
Track the performance of campaigns, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Reporting:
Create detailed reports showcasing campaign goals, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
Regularly update stakeholders on the progress and success of social media initiatives.
Content Creation:
Proficiently edit videos and pictures to create engaging content for social media platforms.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
SEO Knowledge (Preferred):
Understanding of SEO principles to enhance the discoverability and ranking of content on various platforms.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in managing Facebook and TikTok accounts.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear and compelling reports.
Video and picture editing skills using relevant tools and software.
Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
