About the job
We’re looking Facebook Ads Manager who is responsible for developing and executing advertising campaigns on the Facebook platform to meet business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the Facebook Ads platform, as well as strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating target audiences, designing and producing engaging ads, setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and making data-driven optimizations to improve results. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or advertising, a passion for data analysis, and a proven track record of delivering successful Facebook advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

Experience with Facebook Ads and the Facebook Ads Manager platform.
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising principles and best practices.
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize ad performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing measurement tools.
Creative problem-solving skills to develop effective advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

Conducting market research to understand target audiences and their behaviors on the Facebook platform.
Developing target audience segments based on demographic, geographic, and psychographic data.
Designing and producing engaging ads that align with the company’s brand and advertising goals.
Setting up and managing advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, including setting budgets, targeting options, and ad placements.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, including metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Optimizing campaigns based on performance data, including adjusting targeting options, ad creative, and budget allocation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure that advertising campaigns align with overall business objectives.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, including new ad formats and targeting options.
Reporting on campaign performance and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Managing ad spending within budget and ensuring that all advertising campaigns are compliant with Facebook’s advertising policies.
