Social Media Marketing

I am looking for a Part-time Social Media Marketing Manager with Experience skills (Later will be full time if improve great result on my channel and bonuses will be giving). I am looking for someone who can work 2 to 4 hours per day. You will be doing various tasks such as promote my YouTube channel across different platforms, create short for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc….

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

-Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro is REQUIRED
-Experienced in promotion is a must with a lot of skills to grow audiences
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
– Video Editing skills is REQUIRED for shorts
-Proficient using project management tools such as VidIQ, Tubebuddy, Trello, etc.….
-Skilled in managing well tasks and ensuring tasks are completed on time with high quality.
-Detail-oriented, very organized, and a good leader who can effectively managed and supports a team
-Strategy planning, tactics, and execution
-Understand how content works on social media web
-Creative mindset
-Optimizing content and technology
-Video Topic or Keywords research
-Writing short script for TikTok (seo for tiktok using hashtags to make it go viral)
-marketing on different platforms to drive organic traffic into my channel
-booting Engagement, have my video suggested to YouTube algorithm
-Knowledgeable with YouTube Analytics
-respond to audience comment on my YouTube channel &TikTok, Facebook group, Instagram
-sending and responding to emails

About me:
I run an ecommerce business on amazon and eBay. I have VA worked for me before.
