Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to enhance our brand, drive appointment schedule, and increase patient engagement and retention.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, increase schedule appointments and engagements.
Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor online presence.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors’ strategies.
Organize and manage promotional events or advertising campaigns.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
Develop marketing budget efficiently for approval.
Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Coordinate with the team to create marketing campaigns.
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Marketing Manager / Social Media Marketing and Management or similar role, preferably in a remote capacity.
Expertise in managing and marketing different social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Tiktok.
Knowledgeable in Facebook Ads, Community Management, Email Marketing.
Proficient in graphic designs using platforms like Canva, Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
Proficient in long and short form video editing.
Strong understanding of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Proficiency in marketing software and online applications.
Ability to work remotely and manage teams effectively.
Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using various software and online tools for communication and work management.

Ability to follow protocols and guidelines developed by the clinic for Nutrition
Ability to follow directions per the physician and work collaboratively
Fast paced
Positive and assertive
Works very well with physician and other colleagues
Communication skills need to be excellent
Punctual
Willing to get more training as needed
Social media marketing and management experience
Medical experience is a plus
Sales experience / Air BNB experience is a plus
Customer service experience is a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time/part-time position, and as this is a virtual/remote role, the candidate will need a suitable home office setup noise free and other requirements below:

Company Overview:

We are an Internal Medicine/Medical weight loss practice.

This will be a very fulfilling and rewarding job as you help patient get healthier.

Our goal is to integrate qualified candidates into the daily flow of our Medical weight loss practice.

In this role you can expect first hand clinical exposure to a vast array of medical conditions and begin to develop an understanding of their medical management. This direct patient contact will also help to develop appropriate skills for communication in patient education and involvement in the coordination of their care.

Upon completion of working in this capacity, expect to have developed a better sense of professionalism in medicine, improved skills in effective communication and coordination of care for patients.

This is an excellent opportunity to get direct patient care and patient education experience.
