Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role.
· Strong understanding and demonstrated proficiency in multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
· In-depth knowledge of platform-specific features, algorithms, and best practices for maximizing engagement, reach, and lead generation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content tailored to each platform.
· Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
· Ability to adapt strategies and content to suit the unique characteristics of each platform.
· Experience in influencer marketing and community management across various platforms is a plus.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proven track record in lead generation through social media channels, with the ability to translate engagement into qualified leads.
· Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies is desirable.
· Evaluation of candidates will include assessing their track records of driving growth, engagement, lead generation, and conversion on social media platforms, with a focus on metrics such as followers/fans growth, reach, impressions, engagement rate, lead acquisition, and conversions.
