We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing and Website Specialist to join our team and take charge of our social media presence, lead generation efforts, and website management, including our KVcore system. As a crucial member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement, increasing brand visibility, and generating leads through various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy and Management:
– Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our real estate listings.
– Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
– Create and curate engaging, shareable, and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written copy, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

2. Lead Generation and Chatbot Marketing:
– Utilize ManyChat and other software tools to design and implement effective chatbots and messenger marketing campaigns to capture leads and nurture prospects.
– Continuously optimize lead generation efforts to maximize conversion rates and increase the number of qualified leads.

3. Website and KVcore System Management:
– Oversee the management and maintenance of our real estate website, ensuring it remains up-to-date and user-friendly.
– Utilize the KVcore system to manage leads, listings, and customer interactions, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance.

4. Landing Page Creation:
– Design and build captivating landing pages that align with marketing campaigns and drive lead capture and conversion.
– Optimize landing pages for performance and user experience, with a focus on driving traffic and lead generation.

5. Content Creation and Copywriting:
– Create compelling and SEO-friendly content for website pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
– Craft persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and marketing materials to drive engagement and generate leads.

6. Analytics and Reporting:
– Analyze social media and website performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
– Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing initiatives.

7. Collaboration and Innovation:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media and website efforts with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, web design practices, and best practices, proposing innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.

Requirements:

1. Experience:
– Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, Website Manager, or similar role in the real estate industry.
– Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and engagement through social media platforms and chatbot marketing, particularly ManyChat.
– Experience with website management, including content updates, SEO, and user experience optimization.

2. Skills:
– Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and monitor posts.
– Strong knowledge of ManyChat or similar chatbot platforms to create effective lead generation campaigns.
– Proficient in web content management systems and website builders.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

3. Technical Knowledge:
– Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance.
– Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of image and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

4. Organizational and Collaborative Abilities:
– Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Team player with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

5. Passion for Real Estate:
– A genuine interest in the real estate industry and an understanding of its unique marketing dynamics.
