We are seeking a full-time marketing assistant with a keen interest in general Social Media engagement. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with Facebook marketing and blog writing and have worked with influencers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Facebook Community:
Build a Social Media Community (FB is probably where most Amazon sellers are). However, other social media platforms, such as YouTube, IG, TikTok, etc can be leveraged.
Get constant feedback from the community. That means learning our software and the pain points it solves.
Be proactive in managing the account
Reach out to customers for feedback
Grow the community

Influencer / Social Media Marketing
Identifying potential YouTube and Facebook influencers aligned with our brand.
Engaging and building relationships with these influencers on behalf of the company
Coordinating influencer campaigns and collaborations.
Commenting on other’s content.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of influencer partnerships.
Keeping up with Facebook Trends in the eCommerce space and suggesting innovative campaign ideas.
Assisting with general marketing tasks on the Amazon platform.
Adapting to the evolving marketing needs of the business
Write blog and help articles (topics and references will be given – you don’t need to create from scratch)

Proficiency in English is essential. We need a proactive individual with an excellent work ethic who can excel with minimal guidance or supervision.

Your main KPIs (the main numbers you’ll be responsible for) are:
Number of blog articles created
Number of Partners Signed
Engagement rate of influencer campaigns
Growth of the community

This is a part-time position requiring 5-10 hours a week. The candidate must be available for meetings between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Central Time—the frequency will change depending on the phase of the company.. The compensation for this role will be discussed during the interview process. This is an hourly position, and we use Slack and ClickUp for communication and task management.

The ideal candidate possesses:
Excellent English proficiency.
Familiar with generative AI tools like ChatGPT.
Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Slack.
Deep familiarity with the YouTube and Facebook influencer landscape.
Ability to work remotely and coordinate with a dispersed team.
A strong desire to stay updated with trends and shifts.
Self-starter
Pro-Active
Takes feedback and doesn’t need to be told anything twice
