Social Media Marketing Assistant

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT:

As a virtual assistant, you are responsible to work directly with project marketing manager to plan, create, manage, implement, and evaluate the social media and email marketing for all social media accounts. You will be responsible for assisting in creating and executing marketing campaigns, scheduling content, creating email campaigns, and analyzing social media analytics to make assessments in social media strategy. This is a FULL TIME position for IMMEDIATE hire.

Responsibilities and skills include:
-Experience with service based and or e-commerce product based businesses
-Experience navigating social media and stay up to date on social media trends
-Experience with email marketing
-Social media planning
-Content creation for, but not limited to Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, YouTube
-Experience with Etsy sales management and correspondence
-Experience navigating email marketing systems including, but not limited to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, FloDesk, text/sms marketing
-Ensure timely creation and executing of all social media campaigns
-Create social media posts including captions and hashtags
-Compile list of content ideas based on industry related topics
-Graphic design and editing in Canva and/or Photoshop
-Basic video editing(long form and reel videos)
-Schedule social media posts with automated scheduling system
-Adaptable to fast paced and changing work environment
-Willing and open to training that will help to increase knowledge and productivity

**Bonus skill sets**
-Experience with building sales funnels
-Experience building email automation funnels
-Experience with Shopify
-Experience with task management systems(Trello, Asana, etc)
