We are looking for an experienced Social Media Assistant to work with our US team. The ideal candidate for this career opportunity will have ample marketing social media management experience with excellent organization and communication skills.

International collaboration enables NU Media to capitalize and invest more time and effort into creating and growing brands, businesses, and products.

What You Would Do:
1. Oversee all social media accounts for food & beverage, hospitality or lifestyle brands – Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok, as well as publishing dashboards (such as Hootsuite, Later).
2. Create content calendars (static posts, Reels and TikTok videos) and manage regular posting.
3. Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner.
4. Review analytics to assess success and recommend improvements for future ads.
5. Conduct massive amount of influencer database research and outreach to facilitate successful influencer collaborations.
6. Check in and provide daily updates to clients in a professional manner .
7. Manage business listings and presentation and customer communications on platforms such as Yelp and Google My Business.
8. Work with the team to create large social media campaigns.

7. It would be a plus if you are familiar and have a WeChat account.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
2. Fluent in professional English speaking, reading, and writing.
3. Have strong and clear written communication skills and an ability to capture brand voice, uphold grammatical and spelling standards, and maintain an upbeat tone.
4. Strong functional knowledge of social media principles, practices, and the desire to apply that knowledge in a professional environment.

6. Familiarity with social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, etc.
7. Strong knowledge of trends and pop culture, and ability to be creative in ideating and generating social media content.

9. Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
10. Proficiency with graphic design applications including Canva, Photoshop and video editing software is a plus!
11. Basic filming and editing skills to create short-form content is a plus!
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (full time)
