Social Media Marketing Assistant ELM Models

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team at Elite Luxe Models. As a luxury modeling agency, our online presence is essential to our success and we are looking for someone who is passionate about social media and able to deliver engaging content to our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit etc.) for Elite Luxe Models and our clients
– Create and curate high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience
-Create and curate high quality content for our models’ accounts
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers
– Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
– Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions
– Content Management: Prepare content plans for company accounts and models. Schedule and upload content on multiple platforms at optimal times tracking the impact
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
– Use analytics and insights to track and report on social media performance and make recommendations for improvement
– Assist with influencer and brand collaborations to increase brand exposure and partnerships
– Research and suggest creative ways to grow our social media presence and reach new audiences
– Actively engage in customer outreach and communication to build a strong and loyal community
Requirements:
– Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong understanding of various platforms and their best practices
-Previous experience in remote marketing positions. Must be a self starter and take initiative
-Deep Experience with managing social media platforms, antidetect browsers, proxies and social media automation tools
– Research and follow trends, using trending captions, sounds and music, request matching content from models
– Experience with Follow/Unfollow and Mother/Child campaigns
– Experience with comment farming and post hijacking methods
– A creative mindset and an excellent eye for design and aesthetics, design expertise is a must- Canva, AI etc
– Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write catchy and engaging captions
– Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools
– Must have a thorough understanding of the requirements of the different social media platforms
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– High attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
– Strong time management and organizational skills
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred, but not required.
