We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google, Amazon, Etsy, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The primary goal of this role is to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and engage with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns on Google, Amazon, Etsy, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Create engaging content for social media platforms including posts, stories, and ads.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify target audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors.
Optimize marketing strategies based on data analysis to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, holiday promotions, and semi-annual sales to maximize revenue.
Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and e-commerce.
Brainstorm creative ideas for future marketing campaigns and product launches.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing and e-commerce.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
