Are you looking for another opportunity? We have a client who is a dedicated plywood retailer, selling their high-quality physical products on Facebook Marketplace. In their pursuit of expanding their market reach, they seek a Marketing Specialist to support navigating the digital landscape.

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind elevating our client’s presence on Facebook Marketplace. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a proactive mindset to guide our non-tech-savvy clients through the intricacies of online marketing.

Marketing Side:
– Lead conversion (they have a lot of leads but struggling to keep up with conversion)
– Email Marketing: setting up Newsletters using Mailchimp
– Good communication skills both written and verbal
– Experience using marketing tools such as Intercom, Mailchimp, Meta platform & Facebook (some exposure to media marketing, content or responses to comments)

Administrative side:
– Assisting with support planning for events
– Act as a conduit between people, getting information from them, contacting the hotels, support with travel arrangements

Candidate must be:
– Team player, loves engaging and working with a team
– Proactive (comes up with ideas and shares them with the team)
– Go-getter attitude
– Appetite to perform and grow skills
– Tech Savvy
– Strong communication skills
– Organized and detail orientated
– Adaptable to change

FT role: 9AM – 5PM PHT

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
