Role
We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and intuitive marketer specializing in Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok). This role is responsible for creating/curating content for our clients and publishing them across the four major platforms for all clients. You will be joining our creative team, and will be contributing to the strategy and analyzing performance to help make effective creative decisions.
Balancing strategy and creativity are what you do best. You understand the platform nuances. You’ve done this before at a high level and are able to show the trackable progress you made on previous channels you’ve worked on.
Responsibilities
Publish content on Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, and TikTok for clients
Create content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
Analyze and report content performance with team
Create marketing reports for clients to review
Pay close attention to comments on all channels to see how you can improve performance
Stay up to date with cultural trends on platforms, especially ones relevant to America
Results
We will build & maintain a consistent flow of daily content for clients you’re assigned
Account wide reach/views increase by 50% within first 90 days
Improve creative strategy & execution processes with the creative team
Requirements
Deep understanding of the social media platforms – storytelling, pacing, and strategy
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven success on YouTube/Instagram as the manager for a growing channel
Speed and clarity in communication (primarily in Slack)
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change
2+ years of relevant experience in content creation & social media account management
Must be able to work 60 hours per week:
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (this may vary depending on the client needs)
Monday to Saturday
