We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our client’s Social Media strategy in order to increase their online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage organic content on social platforms in “real-time” – primarily IG, TikTok, and Twitter – client to (initially) provide copy and creative
Constantly scan proprietary feed for new activity/content and quickly post to social platforms
Extract and repurpose content from proprietary feed and create compelling social content (i.e. “hero of the day”, Twitter threads, etc.) to drive traffic to desired website/landing page/etc. – client to (initially) identify content and provide prescriptive direction re: repurposing content
Identify content to illuminate that elevates the brand and drives engagement/new subscriptions
Community management and content moderation (i.e. responding to social media engagement) – client to provide templates/scripts
Templated reporting and dashboarding – client to provide templates
Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the client – client to provide clear, prescriptive direction
The Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following:
2+ years of organic social media experience (executing content calendar, community engagement/comms, etc.) with an emphasis on LinkedIn
Experience with G Suite is a must-have
Experience with content creation/moderation (any experience with AI is a bonus!)
Willingness to interact with content that can be slightly distressing at times (i.e. think “police blotter/scanner”)
Basic creative edits in Canva (i.e. resizing, overlays) – client to provide brand guidelines and existing creative assets to iterate off
Available to work on US Eastern Time following a split schedule.
It would be nice if the candidate also has the following:
Experience working in a peaks and valleys environment
The ideal candidate will grow into Seed LinkedIn groups, Slack groups, etc. and engage to create new followers/fans – client to provide prescriptive direction. Provide basic insights and suggestions for building followers/fans and ultimately driving new subscriptions. Research ICP’s and use ChatGPT (or similar AI) to create long-form content based on themes identified in ICP websites, LinkedIn accounts, Twitter accounts, etc. – client to provide list of ICP’s
