Overview: CareAbout is Australia’s leading online platform dedicated to helping families find
aged care services with ease and confidence. We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Social Media Marketer to lead our social media strategy and initiatives. In this role, you will be
responsible for driving engagement, building our brand presence, and fostering community
interactions across various social media platforms. If you have a strong background in social
media management, a deep understanding of the aged care sector, and a knack for creative

Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute CareAbout’s comprehensive social media strategy in alignment
with company goals and marketing objectives.
? Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
? Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to
identify opportunities for improvement.
? Manage all social media accounts, including daily monitoring, responding to inquiries,
and engaging with our community in a proactive and professional manner.
? Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with
broader marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
? Lead the ideation, creation, and distribution of compelling multimedia content (including
videos, graphics, and blogs) that resonate with our target audience and drive
engagement.
? Utilize analytics tools to monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and
generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize
strategies accordingly.
? Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media
technologies to continuously improve our approach and maintain our competitive edge.
? Develop and manage relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to
expand our reach and enhance brand awareness within the aged care community.

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
? Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
? Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in
different scenarios.
? Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
? Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
? Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
