As we continue to expand our presence in the digital sphere, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Director to lead our social media strategy and drive engagement across various platforms.

Job Summary:
The Social Media Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement across all relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media trends, platforms, and analytics, along with a proven track record of implementing successful campaigns that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Strategy Development:
-Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
-Identify target audiences, key messaging, and content themes to optimize engagement and brand awareness.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously evolve social media strategies.
-Content Creation and Curation:
-Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, -Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
-Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.
-Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics across all social media channels.
-Community Engagement and Management:
-Foster and maintain a strong community presence by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
-Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities to participate in relevant conversations.
-Implement strategies to grow and nurture social media communities and foster brand advocates.
-Analytics and Performance Tracking:
-Utilize social media analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content.
-Generate regular reports to evaluate key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
-Adjust strategies and tactics based on insights to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
-Partnerships and Influencer Marketing:
-Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry stakeholders to expand brand reach and credibility.
-Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute sponsored content campaigns and activations that align with brand values and objectives.
-Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and measure the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).
-Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy development, content creation, community management, and analytics.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
-Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
-Experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, and paid social advertising is a plus.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
