Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of success in brand development, social media experience and PR. Extensive knowledge and experience in growing and creating award winning social media campaigns to help promote our products and our design services. You will need to be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing striving to help grow our brand and revenue. Must have a creative and entrepreneurial mindset with an in-depth understanding of all aspects of marketing.

Responsibilities
Assist with the maintenance & updating of our wordpress website.
Assist in strategies to build a lasting impression and connection with our current and potential customers.
Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Facebook etc.).
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.).
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
Implement creative ideas for content marketing, update and manage wordpress websites.
Design and improve user experience.
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
Maintain partnerships with vendors.
Vendor and Product management (keeping inventory up to date with pricing and vendor promotions).
Collaborating with different groups/events to market our brand.

Skills
Experience using wordpress
Experience in Digital Marketing
Experience with e-commerce preferred
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
Knowledge of web analytics tools
Skills and experience in creative content, blogging and writing
Prefer graphic art and ad design experience (Canva)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
