Social Media Marketing (Expert)

We are looking for a highly skilled person to join our team with exceptional experience in Social Media Marketing Management.

Experience Required:
– 5+ years in marketing, graphic design and video editing is a must; please do not apply if you do not meet this.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Fluent in English: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable computer or laptop.
– Have your own graphic design tools

Marketing Skills:
– Social Media Posting: Proven experience in creating and managing engaging social media content.
– Content Scheduling: Efficient in planning and scheduling posts across various platforms.
– Graphic Design: Skilled in creating visually appealing graphics for social media.
– Social Media Video Editing: Proficient in producing and editing videos, including reels.
– Copywriting: Exceptional ability to write compelling and persuasive content.
– Creation of Brochures and Promotional Material: Experience in designing and producing marketing materials.
– Branding: Strong understanding of brand development and maintenance.
– Email Marketing: Proficient in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.

Marketing Technical Skills:
– Google Ads: Experience in creating and managing Google ad campaigns.
– Meta/Twitter/LinkedIn Ad Campaigns: Skilled in running ad campaigns on these platforms.
– SEO: Knowledge of search engine optimization strategies.
– Analytics: Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

You must be proficient in:
– Canva
– Photoshop
– Illustrator
– Video Editing Software
– Adobe Suite
– Inshot/CapCut (or equivalent)
– AI tools to help with your productivity

About the Work:
– You will work collaboratively with Emily and Hayden to produce daily content for all three companies, across social media platforms and email campaigns.
– Your role will involve; increasing engagement, driving marketing reach, and strengthening our brand image with your exceptional graphic design skills and technical marketing strategies.
– You will track analytics and metrics to measure the positive impact of your work and strategize with Emily and Hayden on methods to achieve greater success.
